Hello! Thank you for another insightful and beautiful episode. I would love to take advantage of the Piedmontese beef promo code, however, I have tried it several times and it does not seem to be working. Thank you for providing an update! I personally think Piedmontese beef is the best there is.
I disagree with the comment that all chronic illness is related to visceral fat. I have a 20 plus year of autoimmunity and am a healthy 54 year old female with 10 % body fat and next to zero visceral fat (confirmed via dexa) . I’m also a holistic nutritionist. I feel autoimmune disease is a prime example of chronic illness that is many times unrelated to visceral fat.
