Hello😊
Loved this episode with Dr Sarah Myhill. I was especially interested in her recommendations with MSM and iodine, which I have benefited from taking in recent years. I would love to ask if Dr Sarah preferences pharmaceutical grade MSM as a supplement, as I understand it is said to be ‘cleaner’ in regard to chemical composition. Are vegan sources of MSM more bioabsorbed or bioeffective?
My other query relates to her linseed/flaxseed bread. In the show she discussed how the heating of oils can change or degrade the chemical structure and absorption of certain oils in our body. If omega 6 oils (linoleic oils) are heat affected, why does she recommend baking/heating bread with linseeds/flaxseeds? (which have omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acid oils). What alternate ingredient could we use in the bread instead?
Thank you for another insightful discussion with great content.
Hello Jesse! I have been listening to your show for approximately 2 years now, and I think that it is one of the top health and wellness podcasts out there. The questions you have for your guests are in depth, and they push them to go deeper. Sometimes I’ve exclaimed, “I was just wondering about that too!”.
I have a quick question, do you have episode transcripts available? I took a look around your website, but didn’t see any. Perhaps I missed something?
Thank you for what you do,
Ella Wiustchariuk
I noticed the transcripts in the podcast app with the actual podcast. I am sure you will find them there.
I cant find the show notes either. I checked website and podcast apps.
I was searching for the transcripts myself and cannot find them. I wish there was a synopsis available, what she said, her actual recommendations etc. She speaks so fast it is hard to write all this down. Please let me know where I can find the transcripts. Thank you very much
I agree, i can’t find the transcripts anywhere. Maybe that is purposeful, not sure but sure would love to have a recap of her recommendations.
